Wish Pickups Q&A
If you have a Wish pickup please stop by during our normal business hours. If you are not able to come by and need us to scan out your item to avoid cancelation and restocking fees, please text 928-595-0839 or email - laura@ganjes.com a screen shot of your QR code with your name and we will scan out the item and hold for pickup at a later date.
Is my package available?
Please do not call the store to check if your package is available for pickup. We do not have access to customers Wish accounts. To check if your package is available you will need to look in the order history of your Wish account to find the status of your order. If your order is ready to pickup, it will state "Order available for pickup". If it is still in transit it will give the approximate date of arrival.
Will my package be there on the date Wish has specified?
We do not have this information as we are a third party shipping destination only. Wish gives the most accurate arrival dates for your shipments. However, there are often delays that can postpone the arrival of your package. As soon as your order shows that it is available for pick you can come in anytime during normal operating hours to pick up your item.
Can you check to see if my package has arrived?
We can not check to see if your package has arrived. Wish labels packages with unique QR codes that do not include your name. If you wish account shows that your item is ready for pick up this means that we have received your item and scanned it in to our system. It is ready to be picked up.
Will Violets and Cream hold my item if I do not pick it up in the required time frame?
We do not have any control over item pick up dates. We are a shipping destination only. If you do not pick up your order within the Wish time frame, then Wish will follow their policy on canceling your order and refunding your account minus any of their fees.
